What we collect

Three categories, and nothing else. Order data: your name, shipping address, email, phone number and what you bought. Payment data: handled entirely by our payment processor, so the card number never reaches our systems. Site data: anonymous traffic statistics that tell us which pages people read.

Why we hold it

To ship your order, to answer you when you write in, to honour the 60-day guarantee, and to satisfy the tax and consumer-protection records US law requires a seller to keep.

Who else sees it

Our payment processor, our shipping carriers and our fulfilment centre, each receiving only the fields they need to do the job. We do not sell customer data, we do not rent mailing lists, and we do not pass your address to other supplement companies.

Cookies

This store sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross-site tracking pixels. Aggregate page statistics are collected without identifying individual readers.

How long we keep it

Order records for seven years, because tax law requires it. Support email for two years. Anonymous statistics for 14 months.

Your rights

Write to [email protected] and you can ask for a copy of everything we hold on you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete your record entirely once any open order and guarantee period has closed. We answer inside 30 days, usually much sooner. California residents may exercise CCPA rights through the same address at no cost and without penalty.

Children

Booster XT is sold to adults only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we discover we have.

Changes to this policy

Any change is posted here with a new date at the top of the page. We do not send policy update emails, so this page is the place to check.
