Shipping, returns and how to reach a person
Booster XT ships from our Colorado warehouse within one business day and reaches most US addresses in three to seven business days.

If something goes wrong with delivery
Tracking that has not moved in four business days means the parcel needs a human. Email [email protected] with your order number and we open a carrier trace the same day. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we ship a replacement immediately rather than making you wait for the claim to close. If it arrives damaged, send us a photo and we replace it with nothing to return.
Returns, step by step
- Email us inside 60 daysWrite to [email protected] from the address you ordered with, quoting the order number. Any reason, or none.
- We send an RMA the same business dayYou get a return address and a reference number. Do not send bottles back without one, because unlabelled parcels are hard to match to an order.
- Ship what you have leftOpened and empty bottles are accepted. Return postage is yours; that is the only part the guarantee does not cover.
- Refund on arrivalWe process within one business day of receiving the return, and your bank posts it in three to five days. The full policy is here.
